§ 2 Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to § 13 BGB, a "natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity").

Section 3 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of the Contract Text These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers via the online shop's website www.professional-berufsbekleidung.de . The contract is concluded with the operator (see Section 1). The presentation and description of the goods on the website www.rotary-chocolate.de does not constitute a contractual offer. By ordering goods by clicking the "Place order" button at the end of the ordering process, a consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded upon dispatch of an order confirmation by email from the operator. The contract text is stored for each order. Consumers receive an email with the order details and the applicable Terms and Conditions. After the contract is concluded, the order details are no longer accessible online.

Section 4 Payment The prices shown include statutory VAT and all other price components. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may be charged separately. Consumers have the following payment options: PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, instant bank transfer, invoice (only by prior arrangement).

Section 5 Delivery, Delivery Restrictions Unless the description of a selected product explicitly states otherwise, delivery will be made within 7 working days. In the case of payment via bank transfer or PayPal, this period begins on the day after the payment order is issued.

§ 6 Transfer of Risk The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods remains with the user until the goods are handed over, and passes to the consumer upon handover.

§ 7 Retention of Title The user retains title to the goods until full receipt of the purchase price.

§ 8 Warranty The statutory warranty regulations apply.
